meet the founder

Bianca scarlet here with self work sessions. I have a background in dance with a BFA from Oakland University. I am a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance, and have my YTT 200 hour. After college I went on to choreograph for festivals around the state and even landed in NYC for an original work. During this time I was also on the Inaugural Detroit Lions Cheerleading team which was an amazing experience and helped me grow as a performer. My drive for movement is something that has always been a part of me, stemming from my mother who was a professional dancer and fitness instructor in her earlier years. As well as being accomplished on paper, on stage and on the field, I also have a passion for business. I have my own bridal & custom jean jacket company called Scarlet Mood Studio as well as run and operate a social media management company of my own. In my personal life I have a wonderful husband, an extremely loving and large Italian & German family and enjoy the simple things in life, like spending quality time with friends and my family. I am humbled and honored to create movement with you all and can't wait to see you in our classes!
